Kimber Hamilton is the artisan behind Jewelry by LexiLynne.
Kimber's story is one of love and strength, and resilience as a mother, a daughter, and a friend.
In the four and a half years of life, her daughter was gifted. Kimber watched Lexi Lynne defy every doctor who told her over and over again she wasn't supposed to be alive. Through the hospital visits and the tears that came after, Kimber found strength and beauty, and celebration in beading. She shared this strength with her own mother, and beading became something they would do together as they sat by Lexi Lynne's side and now, on their own.
For Kimber, jewelry is so much more than a beautiful piece of art. It is a reflection of your inner truth. Kimber believes that when you choose a piece of jewelry, you are drawn to it. It makes you feel valuable and beautiful, whether it's a pickup for a Monday morning, a 'shebang' at a gala with a designer dress, or a gift of love for a friend. Jewelry is meant to enjoy and show off, and feel good. It's for everyone.
When talking about her process, Kimber explains that "Sometimes, I'm just drawn to beads, and I won't make anything right away; it's like intuition, [these beads have] purpose before I even know [their] purpose. It's like a spiritual moment over time. I made this for you before I ever even knew you existed. Before you ever even knew you needed it."
Kimber lives in Peoria, Arizona, with her husband, son, and their rescued four-legged fur baby, Mia. A former elementary school teacher, she is now the owner and founder of Hamilton Advisors, LLC, and the owner, founder, and artisan of Jewelry by LexiLynne.
The Story of Jewelry by LexiLynne's Signature Butterfly
Each intuitively created piece in the Jewelry by LexiLynne Collection is entirely one of a kind and uniquely adorned with the LexiLynne Collection Signature Butterfly Pendant.
When Alexandra Lynne was in utero, she kicked her mother, artisan Kimber Hamilton, so hard that Kimber looked down and said, "Little Miss Lexi Lynne, you're going to be a little spit fire!"
Nothing could have been more true about Lexi Lynne's beautiful and short life. Filled with music and laughter and her big, expressive eyes, Lexi Lynne's continued strength and resilience shined through every day she continued to breathe.
"She was so strong. She wasn't supposed to live, over and over again, and she lived four and a half years."
Lexi Lynne's Celebration of Life was held outside in the park. While her loved ones listened to Martina McBride's She's A Butterfly filling the air, a beautiful and large Monarch Butterfly fluttered quietly down the middle of the aisle. As the butterfly neared the end, it decided to veer to the left and hovered over Kimber, fluttering circles around her as if letting her know she was all right. With tears in her eyes, Kimber watched the butterfly flutter up to where Lexi Lynne was cremated and landed on top of her ashes. After a long moment, it flew up and went back down the middle of the aisle as if she knew exactly where she was going.
"When I see butterflies, it is her symbol for me saying you're going in the right direction. I'm always with you, and keep moving forward."
With the Signature Butterfly Pendant on your jewelry piece, a little bit of Lexi Lynne's strength and courage passes on to you.
